Nuance - Pico-Bello (PICO-8 Music-Disc) 2019
Coding is a relatively new hobby of mine. And I am just at the beginning of my learning curve ;-) My first release was coded in lua on the PICO-8. Many thanks to Virgill, teo, Slimey and the others who helped me producing this release.
Next up will be something with Python. I looked into C and some other languages... but hey, nowadays with full-time job (nothing to do with coding) and family with children, there is just no additional time for learning something like C... and Python seems to be sooo easy ;-)
Nuance - Pico-Bello 2 (RG-350 Music-Disc) 2020
And just a year later... here is my first Python-release. It is optimized for Anbernic's RG-350 Linux-handheld, but also runs on other devices with installed Python (e.g. PC, or Raspberry Pi). Thanks to all who contributed to the second issue of Pico-Bello: Raven, Chromag, teo, Saga Musix, Ok3anos and ko0x.
And maybe my next release will be again written in another language... let' see ;-)

But what is the demoscene?
"The demoscene is an international computer art subculture that specializes in producing demos: small, self-contained computer programs that produce audio-visual presentations. The main goal of a demo is to show off programming, artistic, and musical skills." --> wikipedia
I started as a mail-trader (swapper) and musician on the Commodore Amiga. Find some demoscene-party impressions below...
Demoscene is also about vintage computer arts. I don't use my vintage hardware every day, but still have some good old friends in stock ;-)
Retro-Computing without Dynablaster (a Bomberman-version on the Commodore Amiga) is just... well, not right. I am the undefeated record world champion in this e-sports discipline since 26 years. I didn't preserve photos from all world championships since 1991, but find a collection below.
